Tumra Assistant skills

What you can ask.

Tumra Assistant has 26 skills: 21 that read your business numbers, 4 that prepare drafts, and 1 that explains how Tumra works. They are the same whichever way you use it: Tumra's built-in assistant, your own API key, or Claude and ChatGPT over MCP.

Example questions: “Which orders need delivering or billing?”, “What is ready to invoice?”, “What is this month's net profit?”, “Which stock is running low?”, “Which clients owe the most?”, “Which projects need my attention?”, “What are accounts payable?”

  • In the Tumra panel. Each draft appears as a card with Save and Edit buttons. Edit opens the usual form, already filled in. Unsaved drafts expire after an hour. Up to 20 drafts can be saved per hour per person.
  • Over MCP. Your AI app can only save a draft if "Create data" is ticked, one draft per save, and only after you approve that draft. The draft cannot be changed while saving. Without that permission, you get a link to open the draft and save it in Tumra.

Limits we set on purpose.

  • It does not change or delete anything.

The assistant does not create invoices, payments, expenses, POs, or counter sales. For those, it explains the steps in the app, or the Bill button opens the invoice form.

  • It sees no more than you do.

The assistant uses your own access rights. Staff only read the clients and projects shared with them. Extra instructions from the Owner do not open new access.

  • It does not read:

CRM contact history and follow-ups, individual journal entries, bank reconciliation, tax reports, fixed assets, or the contents of documents and attachments.

  • It does not take files, images, or voice.

    Text only.

Tumra panel only

The assistant knows what you have open.

On a project, client, invoice, sales order, or stock item page, the assistant reads that page first and offers questions that fit. You can remove the "Viewing: …" pill to ask about something else.

Common questions

Do the skills differ between built-in Tumra, your own API key, and MCP?

The list of skills is the same. What differs: who pays the AI provider, whether answers include cards and buttons (only in the Tumra panel), and the permissions you choose when connecting over MCP.

Why does the assistant say it has “no access” to money questions?

Questions marked finance access are only answered for Owners, Admins, Finance, and Project Managers given finance access. Over MCP, "Read financial data" must also be ticked when connecting. You can change that in My Profile.

Why are some skills missing on my plan?

The assistant only reads features your plan includes. Stock questions, for example, need a shop plan (Retail Starter, Retail, Bisnis), and hours questions need a plan with time tracking (Freelancer, Agency, Bisnis).

Can the assistant answer in English?

Yes. The assistant answers in the interface language you choose, Indonesian or English. Names, numbers, and figures from your data are left as they are. The Help Centre articles it draws on are still in Indonesian.

Will this list grow?

Yes. This page is updated whenever a new skill is added.
