01Can commission differ per staff member or service?
Yes. Commission is set as a percentage per service, with a fallback percentage per staff member. Because each checkout line records who served, commission is worked out automatically and summarised in the per-staff report. Fixed-amount commission is being prepared.
02How are prepaid packages recorded?
Packages paid in advance go into Unearned Revenue, then are recognised as revenue each time a session is used. Each customer’s remaining sessions show at checkout and in the package list.
03Can I keep open bills per chair or bay?
Yes, from Services Starter. Each chair or bay has its own open bill until the customer pays.
04Can a workshop record labour and parts together?
Yes. Labour and parts go on one bill, with the vehicle and its plate number, and the service history is kept per plate number.
05What if the internet drops at checkout?
Tumra’s checkout runs in the browser and needs an internet connection. An offline mode for checkout is being prepared.
06Can customers book appointments?
Appointments are recorded in the schedule per staff member and per chair, and when the customer arrives an open bill is started at checkout. Self-booking by customers through a link is being prepared.
