1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PT SCND Digital Kreatif ("SCND.Digital", "Tumra", "we" or "us") about your use of the Tumra application at app.tumra.id and the tumra.id website (the "Service"). Tumra is developed and operated by PT SCND Digital Kreatif. By signing up, accepting an invitation or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business, and "you" includes that business. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

2. The Service

Tumra is web-based software for service and goods businesses: clients and contacts, projects, tasks, time tracking, quotes, invoices, payments, expenses, double-entry bookkeeping, financial reports, stock, purchasing, point of sale, a client portal, an AI assistant and MCP connections. The features available depend on your plan.

We keep developing Tumra. Features may be added, changed or removed in line with Section 10. We still recommend that you export important data regularly and do not make Tumra the only place you keep records that the law requires you to keep.

Tumra is a tool. We do not give accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Reports, tax calculations and suggestions in the Service help you work, but responsibility for your bookkeeping, tax reporting and business decisions remains yours.

Beta programme participants

Tumra's closed beta programme has ended. Every beta participant's workspace has become a customer on the same plan, with a 30-day trial from the date the beta ended and a first bill due at the end of the trial, in line with Section 7. All beta participants' data stays where it is.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must give accurate information and verify your email address. Each email address can be used for only one account across Tumra.
  • Every workspace has at least one Owner. The Owner is responsible for the workspace, including who is invited, which roles they get, which plan is chosen, the subscription bills and all activity inside it.
  • The available roles are Owner, Admin, Project Manager, Finance, Cashier and Staff, each with different access. Owners and Admins are responsible for choosing suitable roles and giving financial access only to the right people.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Members removed from a team are deactivated, not deleted, so that work records and bookkeeping entries that refer to them stay intact.

Client portal

On some plans, you can invite client contacts to the client portal and decide what they may see, namely projects, tasks, time entries and invoices. You are responsible for the access you grant and can revoke it at any time. Project descriptions you write can be seen by clients in the portal.

4. Your data

  • Ownership. The data you and your team enter into the Service ("Customer Data") remains yours.
  • Limited licence to us. You give us a non-exclusive permission to store, process, display and send Customer Data solely to provide, secure and support the Service, including sending it to AI providers or email providers when you or your team use those features.
  • Roles under the PDP Law. For personal data within Customer Data, you are the controller and we are the processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record the personal data of your clients, contacts, suppliers and team in Tumra.
  • Feedback. If you send suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering or falsifying financial or tax documents.
  • Enter other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
  • Try to access accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours, or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
  • Disrupt, overload or damage the Service, including through automated scripts outside official interfaces such as MCP.
  • Upload malicious software or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written consent.
  • Share one account among several people to get around a plan's seat limit.
  • Abuse trials, for example by repeatedly creating new workspaces to keep getting a trial.

6. AI features

  • Answers can be wrong. The AI assistant may give answers that are wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important figures and information before you make a decision or send anything to anyone else. The assistant's answers are not professional advice.
  • You decide. The assistant only reads data. Drafts it prepares are saved only after you confirm them, and you are responsible for what you confirm.
  • Monthly AI credits. Some plans include monthly AI credits. Monthly plan credits apply to the current month, do not roll over and are refilled at the start of each month.
  • AI credits during a trial. During a trial and its grace period, AI credits are limited to 50 credits per month, whatever your plan's allowance. The plan's full allowance applies once the first bill is paid.
  • Extra credit packs. You can buy extra credit packs. Extra credits can be used once their bill is paid, are used after the monthly allowance runs out, and do not expire while the account is active.
  • Your own API key (BYOK). If you use a key from an AI provider of your choice, you are bound by that provider's terms and bear its costs. Usage with your own key does not reduce Tumra AI credits. We are not responsible for that provider's availability, costs or behaviour.
  • MCP connections. External AI apps can connect only after you approve them, with the permission scope you choose. You are responsible for the apps you connect and what they do with the data they receive. You can revoke a connection at any time.
  • An Owner or Admin can turn off the AI assistant for the whole workspace.

7. Plans, trials and payment

  • Plans and prices. Plans and prices are listed on tumra.id and on the subscription page in the app. The Free plan has limits on clients, projects and features. We may change prices with prior notice, and new prices apply from the next billing period.
  • Trial. A paid plan chosen at sign-up gets a 30-day trial with that plan's features. The first bill is issued at sign-up and is due on the last day of the trial. You can pay it at any time during the trial.
  • How to pay. Bills are paid from the Subscription page through Midtrans, our payment provider, by bank transfer (virtual account), QRIS, e-wallet or card. A bill's status updates automatically once Midtrans confirms the payment. Your card and account details are processed by Midtrans and are not stored by Tumra.
  • No automatic charging. We do not take money from your card or account automatically. Every bill is paid by your own action.
  • Due dates. Unless stated otherwise on the bill, bills for plan changes, extra seats and AI credit packs are due seven days after they are issued.
  • Renewal. Subscriptions continue on a monthly or yearly cycle until cancelled. The bill for the next period is issued seven days before the current period ends and is due at the end of that period. The new period runs from the end of the previous period, not from the payment date.
  • Reminders. We send reminders to the Owner's email seven days and one day before a bill is due, and when a grace period starts.
  • Extra seats. Seats added mid-period are billed pro rata for the rest of the period and become active once their bill is paid. Seats removed are not refunded and stop being billed at the next renewal.
  • Grace period. If a bill is unpaid when due, you keep full access during a grace period: three days after a trial ends, or 14 days for the renewal of a plan that has been paid before.
  • After the grace period. If a bill is still unpaid after the grace period:
    • workspaces on a service-business plan move to the Free plan;
    • workspaces on a goods-business (retail) plan move to the Retail Free plan;
    • workspaces on a combined goods-and-services plan move to the Retail Free plan if there were till sales or stock movements in the last 90 days, and to the Free plan otherwise.
Your data is not deleted. Features outside the free plan cannot be accessed until the bill is paid; once it is paid, your plan returns.

8. Cancellation, downgrades and refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep your plan until that period ends, then the workspace moves to the matching free plan, under the same rules as after the grace period (section 7).
  • You can move to a smaller plan only if your usage (active users, clients, projects and products) is within the target plan's limits. The app shows what needs to be reduced first.
  • A downgrade does not delete your data. Features not included in the new plan cannot be accessed until you return to a plan that includes them.
  • Payments received are non-refundable, including for the rest of a period after cancellation, unless required by law. If a bill was paid twice or with the wrong amount, contact [email protected] and we will refund the excess.

9. Tax

Prices shown on tumra.id, on the subscription page in the app and on every bill include Value Added Tax (PPN). The breakdown of the selling price and PPN appears on every subscription bill, which can be opened and printed from the Subscription page. If you are a VAT-registered business (Pengusaha Kena Pajak), you can request a tax invoice (faktur pajak) via [email protected], stating the bill number, the name on your tax ID (NPWP) and your NPWP. You are responsible for any other taxes arising from your purchase under the applicable regulations.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

  • We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee any particular level of availability.
  • The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or because of problems with third-party providers such as hosting, email, payments or AI.
  • We may change, add or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces the features you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

11. Suspension and termination

  • By you. You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Closing an account or workspace is done on request via [email protected].
  • By us. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, do not pay after the grace period, endanger the security of the Service or other users, or if the law requires it. Where possible, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
  • Suspension locks access without deleting data.
  • We may also end the Service as a whole with at least 30 days' notice.

12. Data export and deletion

  • While your account is active, including while a workspace is read-only, you can export invoices, payments, expenses, journals, time entries, stock history and financial reports to a spreadsheet. A more complete copy of your data can be requested via [email protected].
  • An Owner can delete workspace data with the "Reset data" feature. This deletion cannot be undone. The audit trail and subscription records with Tumra are kept.
  • After termination, you have 30 days to request a copy of your data. After that, we will delete or anonymise the data within 90 days, except data we are required by law to keep.

13. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, brand, logo, invoice templates and help content, belongs to PT SCND Digital Kreatif or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active and in line with these Terms. No other rights are transferred to you.

14. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service is free of errors or interruptions, that calculations, reports or AI answers are always correct, or that the Service meets your particular accounting and tax obligations.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of business opportunity.
  • Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Tumra in the 12 months before the claim.
  • These limits do not apply to losses arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to anything else that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT SCND Digital Kreatif against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your breach of these Terms or the applicable law, or your use of third-party services you connect to Tumra.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, both parties will first try to settle it by mutual discussion within 30 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled at the Tangerang District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang).

18. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. For important changes, we will notify Owners by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you are deemed to accept it. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription.

19. Other provisions

  • Language. These Terms are available in Indonesian and English. If there is any difference, the Indonesian version prevails.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or transfer of business.
  • Severability. If one provision is held to be invalid, the other provisions remain in force.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Tumra about the Service.
