The laundry problem
Dozens of laundry bags a day, and every one has to go back to the right owner.
A laundry weighs, washes, and hands back dozens of bags a day. When tickets, pickup dates, and cash are kept separately, mixed-up laundry and missing cash become normal.
01Weights and prices are written by hand and often added up wrong.
Per-kilo services are sold by the kg with decimals, such as 4.5 kg, and the price is worked out automatically.
Step 0102A customer comes to collect, and the laundry isn't ready.
The pickup date goes into the Schedule with its receipt, so you can see which laundry has to be ready today.
Step 0203Regulars pay for a package, but what's left is tracked on a card.
Member packages track each customer's remaining visits.
Step 0304The cash in the drawer doesn't match the day's tickets.
The drawer opens with an opening float and closes with a cash count. Any difference shows straight away, along with who was on shift.

FAQ
Common questions, honest answers.
We answer straight, including the things Tumra can't do yet.
A good fit if
- You want tickets, pickup dates, and cash recorded in one place
- You sell prepaid wash packages to regulars
Not a fit yet if
- You need a status for each stage (washing, ironing, ready) and bag labels
- You need automatic updates sent to customers
01Can I track laundry status (washing, ironing, ready)?
Not yet. For now, what's recorded is the pickup in the Schedule, which stays Booked until it's marked Done when the laundry is collected. A status for each stage, such as washing, ironing, and ready, isn't available yet.
02Can I print labels for laundry bags?
There's no dedicated bag label yet. What you can do: print the receipt on a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer and reprint it any time, so a copy can go on the bag.
03What if the customer pays at pickup?
Record it as customer credit in the customer's name when the laundry comes in, or take a deposit and leave the rest as credit. The pickup in the Schedule flags receipts that aren't fully paid.
The balance is settled from the invoice by the owner, an admin, or finance. The Cashier role can't record settlements from the checkout screen yet.
04Can I charge per kg with decimals?
Yes. Services sold by the kg accept quantities to two decimal places, for example 4.5 kg × Rp 8,000 = Rp 36,000. The weight is typed in from the scales; scales connected directly to checkout aren't supported yet.
05Does detergent come off stock automatically per kg?
Yes, through a service recipe. Enter the amount per 1 kg, for example 30 ml of detergent, and a 4.5 kg load takes 135 ml off stock at its average cost. Visits from member packages don't deduct supplies yet.
06Do you handle pickup and delivery?
There's no dedicated pickup-and-delivery feature yet, such as routes or couriers. You can set up a delivery fee as a service at checkout, and record the delivery time in the Schedule.
