Mechanics log hours on every vehicle.
Mechanics run a timer on the vehicle task they are working on. Billable hours build up on the project until they are pulled into an invoice, so no one tallies hours from handwritten job cards.

Labour and parts on one invoice.
Service hours are pulled from the project and spare parts are picked from the product list. When the invoice is issued, 24 litres of oil and 6 oil filters leave stock, and both service revenue and product sales are recorded in the books.

Walk-in customers at the counter.
A rider walks in and buys 1 engine oil and 1 oil filter. The IDR 130,000 receipt draws from the same stock used for the fleet service, so the parts count is always one number.

FAQ
Common questions
What’s the difference between a milestone and a task?
A task is a single piece of work with an assignee, an hour estimate, a deadline and a Kanban column, and time is always logged against a task. A milestone groups several tasks within a project and has its own deadline, status and an optional fee you can bill. You add milestones from Milestones & Collaboration on the project page.
Are all hours automatically billed?
No. Only billable sessions on tasks billed by time log under Hourly projects are eligible. Hours on Fixed Price, Retainer, or Non-billable projects are tracked for workload analysis but are never pulled into invoices. You choose which hours to import.
Are invoices sent as a PDF attachment?
Not yet. Emails from Tumra are plain text: your template, the amount, the due date, and your payment details. If the client has portal access (Agency and Bisnis plans), the email includes the link. Need a PDF? Open Print, save it as PDF, send it yourself, then press Mark as Sent.
Can the till be used offline?
Not yet. The till runs in the browser and needs an internet connection when you press Pay. If the connection drops mid-sale, pressing Pay again carries on with the same sale, so the goods and the money aren’t recorded twice.
