Software for agencies with a merch shop
Client projects and the T-shirts you sell yourself, in one set of books.
Follow one day at Kolektif Garis. Tari logs hours for a branding client, the pop-up market booth sells T-shirts with a POS on a tablet, online orders come in from the agency's own store, and that night Reza sees service and merchandise profit side by side.

The problem for agencies with merchandise
The agency side is organised, the merch lives in phone notes.
Agencies with merchandise usually run client projects seriously, while T-shirt stock, booth sales and online orders get noted down however works on the day. At month end, nobody knows whether the merch actually makes money.
01Nobody knows how many T-shirts of each size are left after an event.
Each size is a variant with its own stock, per location. T-shirts for the booth are transferred from the studio first, so what is left in both places is always visible.
Step 0102Booth sales are written on paper and entered later.
The booth is a second checkout location, with its own cash drawer and receipts.
Step 0303Online store orders are recorded separately.
Orders from the online store land in Online orders and become sales straight away.
Step 0404No one knows if the merch makes a profit or just eats designer time.
The cost of goods is recorded automatically, and Profit and Loss keeps product sales apart from service income.

The booth is packed up, and Reza knows the merch really makes money.
Reza doesn't have to recount T-shirts in boxes or match up phone notes. That night he sees the merchandise profit, the T-shirts left per size, and the client hours not yet billed.

FAQ
Common questions, honest answers.
We answer plainly, including what Tumra can't do yet.
A good fit if
- You run a service business and sell your own products
- You sell at events and online
Not a fit yet if
- You place merchandise in other people's shops on consignment
- Your booth POS must keep running without internet
01Does an event booth count as a location?
Yes, as a checkout location. Integrated Plus includes 2 checkout locations, and each extra location is Rp 99,000 a month. A warehouse without a checkout doesn't count.
Stock is kept per location, so T-shirts for the booth are transferred from the studio before the event.
02What equipment does the booth POS need?
A laptop or tablet with a browser and internet. A barcode scanner that types the code and then Enter works straight away; scanning with the camera isn't supported yet. Receipts print through the browser's print dialog to a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer. The POS can't be used offline yet.
03Can I place merchandise in other shops on consignment?
Not yet. Tumra can't yet keep goods placed in another shop as your stock until they sell. What works: sell to that shop as a normal wholesale sale, with a delivery and an invoice on terms.
04I already have WooCommerce. Do I need Tumra Store?
Not necessarily. Integrated Plus already includes 1 WooCommerce store: orders land in Online orders and become sales when they are completed in the store. Tumra Store, an add-on at Rp 249,000 a month, is for those who want a ready-made online store without looking after WordPress. On Integrated Pro, Tumra Store is included.
05Can agency clients buy merchandise in bulk with a quotation?
Yes. Create a quotation in the Wholesale menu with customer group prices, print it or save it as a PDF, then turn it into an order when the client agrees. Goods ship in part or in full with a delivery note and are billed on terms. Quotations can't be emailed from Tumra yet.
06Can I see merchandise profit separately from services?
Yes. The cost of goods is always recorded on its own, and Shop Reports show sales and gross profit per product. To split product sales from service income in Profit and Loss too, point products to their own revenue account in the product's Accounts settings. There is no per-project profit report yet.
