  1. 01 · Catalog

    Products, variants, and units, kept tidy.

    Create products with variants such as size and color, units with their conversions, and several barcodes per variant. Sell by unit or by weight, and add service items that need no stock.

  2. 02 · Stock

    Know your stock at every location.

    Track stock across locations, transfer items between them, and reconcile with stock counts. Batches and expiry dates are recorded, and cost of goods uses weighted average.

  3. 03 · Sales

    From quote to invoice.

    Create a quote, turn it into an order, ship it with a delivery note, then issue the invoice. Customer groups set retail or wholesale pricing, discounts, and credit limits.

  4. 04 · Register

    A register that stays tidy until close.

    Open a session with a starting float, accept split payments, give change, record customer credit, and print receipts. When the session closes, any cash difference shows right away. If the connection drops, sales are not recorded twice.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it across more than one location?

Yes. Stock is managed per location, and items can be moved between locations with transfers.

Can I import products from Excel?

Yes. Tumra's Excel template covers products and opening stock, so existing data can come in at once.

Are stock and cost of goods calculated automatically?

Yes. Stock changes with sales and purchases, and cost of goods uses a weighted average.

Can I print receipts on a thermal printer?

Yes. Receipts print from the browser to 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers.

What if the internet drops at the register?

Sales are not recorded twice when the connection drops. A full offline mode is not available yet.

What about my WooCommerce store?

Connect it under Store Integrations. Once Orders become sales is on, orders the store completes take stock out and become invoices, payments, and customers in Tumra. Refunds in the store are flagged so you can record them with a credit note.

Can it connect to Shopee or Tokopedia?

Not yet. WooCommerce is what's available today.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Your first invoice falls due on day 30, and we remind you before then. If it is still unpaid after a 3-day grace period, the shop moves to the Retail Free plan: the till keeps working and no data is deleted. Your plan comes back as soon as the invoice is paid.

Goods and services

Selling both goods and services?

The Business plans combine the Services and Retail menus in one app. Goods are sold through the register and stock, services are billed through projects, time logs, and invoices, and everything lands in one set of books.

For example: a computer shop that also takes repair work.
