Point of sale (POS)
One sale, stock and books updated instantly.
Take cash, QRIS, or card payments with ease. Search for or scan an item, then print the receipt. Every sale updates stock, records COGS, and posts the accounting journal automatically. At the end of the shift, match the cash in the drawer against your sales.
Available on the Retail Free, Retail Starter, Retail & Bisnis plans.
Before and after
A separate cash register means a recount every night.
Sales on the cash register, stock in a notebook, cash in the drawer, and profit in a spreadsheet. Every night the numbers are copied over again, and the gaps only show up at the end of the month.

How it works
From opening the drawer to closing it.

What you can do
A till that never needs re-tallying.
Straight to stock and the books
Every counter sale is an ordinary invoice. Stock goes down, COGS is recorded at average cost, and the revenue and payment journals are created on their own.
Prices and discounts per customer
Choose a Member or Wholesale customer, and their wholesale price and group discount apply in the cart straight away. A new customer only needs a name and phone number.
Credit with a limit
Record a sale on credit in the customer's name, with a due date if one was agreed. Credit is refused for the walk-in customer and when it would go over the group's limit.
Cashier role
Cashiers open the counter and see their own shift, without buy prices, profit, or the books. The discounts they can give can be capped with the Cashier discount limit.
Safe when the connection drops
Pressed Pay twice, or lost the connection mid-sale? The sale isn't recorded twice. Pressing Pay again carries on with the same sale.
Cash in and out
Record cash put into or taken out of the drawer without a sale, such as topping up change or a deposit to the safe. The drawer count adjusts with it.
One sale, the whole shop updated.
Products & stock
Items, prices, photos, and barcodes at the counter come from the catalogue. Their stock goes down with every sale.

FAQ
Common questions
Can the till be used offline?
Not yet. The till runs in the browser and needs an internet connection when you press Pay. If the connection drops mid-sale, pressing Pay again carries on with the same sale, so the goods and the money aren’t recorded twice.
What devices and printers do I need?
A computer, laptop, or tablet with a browser. A barcode scanner that types the code and then Enter works straight away. Receipts print through the browser’s print dialog to a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer. Camera scanning and cash drawers that open automatically aren’t supported yet.
Is QRIS connected directly to the bank?
Not yet. QRIS, card, and transfer are payment methods you create yourself and map to a bank account. The till records the method and the amount, but it doesn’t generate a QR code or check bank statements. Non-cash payments aren’t counted as cash in the drawer.
What if a customer returns an item?
Returns are recorded from that sale’s invoice page by the owner, an admin, or finance, not from the till screen. Cash refunds at the till aren’t available yet, so money handed back isn’t recorded in the drawer count.
Who can use the till?
The owner, admins, finance, and the Cashier role. Cashiers see sale prices, stock at the selling location, and customers, but not buy prices, profit, or the books. Each cashier uses one user account from the plan’s quota. Extra users can be bought; on Retail Starter, up to 3 users in total. Retail Free is for one user, so the owner runs the till. Retail Free is for one user, so the owner runs the till.
Does the till calculate VAT?
Yes, if your business turns on “Selling prices include tax” in Settings → Tax. VAT is separated from the total and printed on the receipt as Includes VAT. Prices that exclude VAT aren’t supported at the till yet: VAT isn’t added on top of the price.
