Three consultants log hours on every task.
Hours on a fixed-price project never reach an invoice, but they are still logged. The project page sets the hours spent against the hours agreed, so Kirana knows early on whether this stage’s fee still covers the work.

FAQ
Common questions
Are all hours automatically billed?
No. Only billable sessions on tasks billed by time log under Hourly projects are eligible. Hours on Fixed Price, Retainer, or Non-billable projects are tracked for workload analysis but are never pulled into invoices. You choose which hours to import.
What if the client withholds PPh 23?
Tick Client withheld PPh 23 when you record the payment, then enter the amount withheld. The invoice is recorded as paid in full, the money in the bank matches the statement, and the withheld part is recorded as prepaid income tax. The withholding slip number can follow later, and payments still missing one can be filtered on the Payments Received page.
Where do the rates come from?
You can type them yourself, such as the BI middle rate or the tax rate, or fetch the ECB reference rate published every working day. The ECB rate is a market rate, not the Ministry of Finance tax rate or the BI middle rate. The rate an invoice uses is kept on that invoice.
Does Tumra create e-Faktur or file tax returns (SPT)?
Not yet. Tumra doesn’t issue tax invoices or withholding slips, has no export for Coretax, and doesn’t file SPT returns. Withholding slip numbers and the NTPN of each payment can be recorded in Tumra, and the period summary can be exported to Excel for your consultant.
